CS4701: Data Science Industry Placement 2

Overview

This module is available only to students on the BSc Honours Data Science Graduate Apprenticeship programme.

Entry to the module is limited to 4th year Data Science Graduate Apprenticeship students.

The module enhances the ability of students to gain industrial work experience in the specific environment of the industrial sponsor.

Module Content and Structure

Students will work on a series of short projects, including collaborative ones. These will be chosen by the employer in discussion with University staff, to meet the combined aims of advancing students’ development within their employment, and consolidating and motivating conceptual material learned earlier in the programme, by applying it in practical situations.
