Problems
Problems concerning any module should be raised initially with the lecturer concerned, and only then, if necessary, with the appropriate coordinator.
- Software and hardware problems should be reported to systems staff via cs-support@st-andrews.ac.uk.
- Absences should be reported via the absence reporting process.
- Any welfare-related issues, or special circumstances affecting studies, should be reported in confidence to one of our Welfare Officers or Equality and Diversity Officers or the Director of Teaching.
- You can also submit anonymous feedback, or make a formal complaint.
For any other problems, ask in the School Office, located near the entrance to the Jack Cole Building. The office is closed between 11-11.30am, 1-2pm and 4-4.30pm for coffee and lunch breaks.
For advice and support on any issue that cannot be dealt with by the School, including academic, financial, international, personal or health matters, or if you are unsure of who to go to for help, please contact the Advice and Support Centre, North Street, 01334 462020, theasc@st-andrews.ac.uk. You can book an appointement with the ASC by completing the Student Services Enquiry Form.
